Exchange and Refund Information 

• You can send the products you want to return or exchange to us within 14 working days from the date you receive the product, provided that it has not been used or damaged.
   
• Upon receipt of the product, the condition of the products will be checked before making any exchange or return. (Personalized products are not refundable.)
   
• If your return transaction is accepted, the amount drawn by our company will be credited back to your credit card within 3-10 working days.
   
• Please note that Sorbé will not pay any delivery or return fees for returns.
