Our shipments are provided by PTS Cargo Company. When the product is delivered to the cargo company, you will be informed via e-mail to the mail adress you have given. Your cargo will be delivered to you within 3-10  working days following the notification.

• How can I return and exchange the product I purchased?

You can send unused and undamaged products you want to return or exchange to us within 14 working days from the date you receive the product. Upon receipt of the product, the condition of the products will be checked before making any exchange or return. ( Personalized products cannot be exchanged nor returned except for incorrect or faulty items. .) If your return transaction is accepted, the amount drawn by our company will be credited back to your credit card within 3-10 working days
